Physio Éireann is a Chartered Physiotherapy Company based in the North West of Ireland. Physio Éireann opened its doors in 2014 with the goal of providing evidence based, private physiotherapy, care to the people of the North West.
We set up the Physio Éireann TH-cam Channel to bring our Clinical Pilates Classes online. The channel allows our clients to access our Pilates classes for free from anywhere in the world, so there is no excuse for not getting your Pilates done!
We also have our #AskPhysioÉireannLive Series. Each week we try to answer your physio related questions live and then upload the info here for anyone that might find the info help.

Hi, I would like to thank you for your work. I had a discectomy surgery 8 years ago. Medical Pilates did help me recover after the surgery. I did most of the series for years when I have time at home or at my hotel room when I am travelling, and I realized you are producing videos again. What I like most about your videos is that you describe step by step even small details and I usually do not need to look at the videos after the first watch but just listen. The 30 min videos are my favorite.

Really enjoying your classes. Thank you. I have severe back pain so these gentle moves are good and the core strengthening reminders great. I can't find a flow of all the classes - there seem to be a few missing in the sequence of level 1. Is there somewhere else I can download them please?

Really great session. I'm recovering from a sports injury and finding these sessions brilliant. I really struggle with the glut exercise - lifting leg behind whilst lying prone. Tough to use the right muscles and not the back! Thank you both for these videos!

My Dad and I did this whole course daily and loved it - thanks so much from Queensland, Australia. Really clear instructions and the most mindful slow movement I've seen in an online pilates course. This allows for safe progression through to the rewarding challenges of Level 3. Any other courses likely to be released? They would be much appreciated by many Im sure :) Keep up the great work!

These Level 1 classes are fantastic, thank you very much. I really want to get right into Pilates to manage my back issues.
For working on the backs of the arms, when I'm in sitting, my arms are already straight. It's a struggle to get my palms on the floor. Maybe I've short arms or a long torso.... I've tried using two yoga blocks under my hands, but still I can hardly lift even the bones of my bum off the floor. I don't thinking slouching into a c curve is the answer?
Thank you guys for these videos. I had to stop attending my favourite classes in Australia because I've gone back to uni and need to be careful with what I spend. My previous teacher is so similar in approach to physical health and mobility. I am so grateful that I have access to these videos. I am a violin and piano teacher, I will be linking your channel to my high school and adult students so they can learn the basics. I would love it if you could put together a basic 20 to 30 min routine for kids that takes them through neck, shoulder and spine stretches and posture exercises. While I do these things with the kids in there classes, i often don't have enough time to emphasise how important it is. it would be amazing to have a qualified expert weigh in on the matter and give us there professional advice.
