indeed, i really like the chroma but more as a preamp with subtle effects than as a multifx processor

@@nzfs I'm partial to my former employer Eventide's H90 as a multi effects processor....although there are many !

they really sound good together. i find it to work even better with the chroma console last in the chain and using the tilt eq and the filter form the texture module, since one thing i don't like about the microcosm is the lack of high pass filter and it tends to get really muddy

@@SebaDiGiuseppe i don't have the patch anymore but it's pretty simple, guitar into ice tray, ice tray out into texture synthesizer. the ochd (or any lfo) is modulating some of the parameters in texture synthesizer

yes, the microcosm can be used as a looper (the chroma console too but more limited)
