How to install a filter drier on a Chiller (pt. 2)
We later found out that we used too much torque when tightening the bolts to the filter drier cover. We had to remove the cover, place in another gasket and torque to manufacture specs (12 -14 psi) so you dont flatten out the gasket.

The sight glass assembly connected to the tank was full of water when we arrived for monthly maintenance. It should be half water and half air. It is an indicator that there is a leak somewhere in the system. Luckily the tech found the leak at the bottom of the assembly right away.

Cooling Tower Maintenance part 6 of 12/Checking the sump
มุมมอง 5109 ปีที่แล้ว
The sump is the bottom inside of the tower which holds water at a certain level. It has a float valve much like the one you see inside the tank of everyday toilets. We will be checking for any sediment deposits that need to be removed. This is an essential part of Tower Maintenance.

Pulled over by Mexican Federal Police in the back of a taxi

So here's the story. Last Saturday afternoon I put on my cheap sunglasses, popped my ipod on, turned it up high to my favorite Smashing Pumpkins playlist and hopped on my motorcycle for a fun ride to visit friends in San Diego and Oceanside. While riding up through Playas I was imagining myself riding next to Peter Fonda and us giving each other a thumbs up and high-fives. Yeah, it was surreal....

Probably they closed out the filter and let the compressor suck out the refrigerant in there with hose connected somewhere on the suction line.

I would have used brake cleaner instead of blowing moisture on it. I also would have worn gloves. You can use 2 spring clamps to help out it back together as well and it makes it a breeze.

Compressor and reversing valve change out at the same time, smh I bet that compressor is still good most techs can't troubleshoot the difference so they change both at the same time, smh. I want to see the video where you change the reversing valve again, because I think the B tank cooked it with no heat barrier, sir hacksalot.

one thing you are wrong David, if a Mexican national is riding in the back of a cab, and the federal police (Homeland security) or the FBI pulls you over they have to identify themselves or they would get arrested while they confirm their legal status . The Federal police in both countries have the right to ask people to identify themselves if they suspect them to be foreigner.

Why is he on the phone? If the guy did something wrong he should be telling the guy in the car what the problem is. He should not be on the phone talking to who knows who. The cop is shady, he could speak slower, but he is being desceptive.

Getting rid of the pos before you got over 1,000 on the mileage. That's when it starts to break down and no parts to be found...good money recoup strategy lol
