5 Reasons I Decided to Stop Living in my Car (but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try!)
Heya everyone! I thought I'd provide a bit of a life update as a lot has changed about a month ago, I felt like the best option for me was to get a job and get on my feet a little bit (wish me luck!) but I am still SO DETERMINED to build a fulfilling life in the long run and to stay aware of what my soul needs to feel alive. I may try the nomadic life again some day, and I will definitely feel more prepared after all I have experienced :)

How I Fit EVERYTHING I OWN in my Car | Living on the Road
มุมมอง 7K2 ปีที่แล้ว
This video is actually from a few months ago, before I upgraded but it definitely shows the minimal belongings I need for living on the road :) DISCLAIMER: I do keep 2 little boxes at my parent's house (as in under-bed roller boxes so not a lot of volume at all) of fancy clothes and important documents I didn't want to lose while I travel - so it may not be EVERYTHING everything but it is all I...
I Upgraded my SUV Living Setup
มุมมอง 1.3K2 ปีที่แล้ว
I'd been living in my SUV full time for a while with no conversion outside of folding down the back seats and chucking a mattress on top - but I wanted a simple build for storing my stuff UNDER the bed rather than on top (which required moving it all to the front seat when I wanted to sleep) and most importantly WHILE STILL KEEPING ALL THE HEADROOM
Day in the Life Living in my SUV | Not Nearly as Glam as #vanlife

I talk about some concerns and stresses with living in my car, we visit a beautiful crystal temple near Byron Bay, among other things typical to my life on the road 🚙 Nothing fancy but I hope someone gains value from my experience so far :) I'm definitely still feeling constricted in the same way I was at uni and working shift work, so there's still some changes to be made to achieve that sense...

    As a guy I've always wanted a belly button piercing for some reason and I think I may get one with the small hoop. It doesn't draw a lot of attention but I've always wanted one. I would have gotten it by now but just worried what people will say about it, which is why I think the hoop is a good option

    • @laurenjenine
      @laurenjenine ปีที่แล้ว

      I have plenty of friends that love belly piercings on men! It doesn't matter what people say because there will always be people who support you and you'll attract all the right people when you're being true yourself. I say go for it, a hoop will look subtle and super cool! and if you don't like it you can just take it out and it'll heal over like nothing ever happened ☺️

    • @carlos0445
      @carlos0445 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had mine almost one year ago, and it feels amazing. Go for it, you’re gonna rock it with crop tops, at the beach etc., feel yourself. I want the hoop too, as soon as I can change the one I have. It feels vintage like the 90’s and it looks sublime and delicate. My advice is, don’t think about it too much. Find yourself a great piercer and do it.

      I had my navel pierced from I was around 18 - 25, then I took it out, but I recently re pierced it (2,5 months ago). I'm now 41. I too am a bit afraid of what women will think of me but the women I have recently dated didn't even comment it. She rather commented she didn't like double pierced nipples lol.

    • @l.jnailtherapy1078
      @l.jnailtherapy1078 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! If you're getting a fresh new piercing you should definitely start with a sterile bar that is 10mm or 12mm in size to allow room for natural swelling during the healing process. Only once it is fully healed would I recommend trying an 8mm bar for a snug fit because 6mm can be too small for most standard piercings

    • @laurenjenine
      @laurenjenine ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! I think hoops/rings are great for men as they're less blingy and don't get caught as much but if you like crystals you can get the standard curved barbell/Banana Bell with black crystals or in a black plated steel or titanium for a more masculine feel! (But that's not a rule, I think men can rock anything they want!)

You don't need a lot of $$ to explore in much of nature. Go do some earthing/grounding in actual nature and you should feel a good bit of your stress drop away. Also, invest in some books about natural medicinal plants that grow in your area and about foraging for naturally growing foods in your are. God made the Earth to provide for us.
