It's a new year and I want to be more intentional about how I spend my time. A lot of hours have been wasted on social media doomscrolling so it's time to make some CHANGE!
I'll be trading some of my phone functions for these physical items to hopefully help me avoid going down the doomscrolling rabbit hole so that I can focus on creative projects, learning new things, building meaningful relationships and being more present.
