Hey James. Tbh I have used these on both trackman and for sight and the lie on the club's are spot on. I belive they are standard to clubs of the same spec. They are definitely amazing value for the money.

Hey mate. I never use the automatic tracking. Living in Scotland means I have grey skies and the app doesent like that. Remember its using your phone camera and it might not be the best. It can really only detect the first couple of frames then it guesses the rest. Best thing to do is try and remember what the shot was like and where it ended up. Use manual tracking and do the flight youraelf. I think I talk about how to do that in the video. To be honest, I just use the app to make my videos easier to watch with the flight. I wouldnt use it to track the ball. Just display the flight.

@@GabeRutherfordFitness it is tough because the app is not a launch monitor and won't be able to fully calculate a ball flight based on a couple of frames of flight. I would highly recommend that you just use the "manual" part of the app and input your flight manually based on how you remember it.

Hey Dan. These are great irons and so. Are the older set. Depends on your hc and how well you play. Most mid hc golfers won't notice much of a difference in the irons. They are both hollow body improvement irons. I know they are being out a lh set so maybe worth while hanging back

Hey mate. They have held up as well. As any other iron. I have used p790s and I currently play the new forged tec. They are all much the same tbh but I would rather not pay through the nose. These compete more like the p770s if I am being honest but seriously worth it.

That's a strange comment to leave from an account called "consumer matters reporter". I have not heard anyone say they the marketing team "lied" to the thousands of customers. Do you have any evidence of this?

​@@ConsumerMattersReporteryou are aware that not all. Irons are meant to have the speed foam (and, or weights)? It's very well public knowledge that the Taylormade P790s only have the foam and weights in the longer irons. The pw, 9 and 8 iron are completely hollow as they are looking for control. My channel is not a "gotcha" on brands. I'll let them do that themselves. I'm so ply showcasing a good brand for a good price. Politics aside.

Caley DID market their products until 3-4 weeks ago with foam and tungsten, which is the issue at hand, not that all products don't have it. This isn't politics. It is that they lied about what was included in their products and you as a reviewer we also lied to. They have replied to dozens of customers now with a 'it was an IT problem' excuse according to forums and that their clubs DO NOT have foam or tungsten. Just was suggesting it would be a good follow up video for you. @@AndyPlaysGolf

IF a brand failed to notify its consumer of a product misinformation, the it's the brand and consumers responsibility to sort that out. I am an independent person who won these in a competition. The "politics" I was referring to is the fact I have no responsibility to defend or deface a company based on their actions. I am not a representative of caley and I have never received any financial support in relation to any video I have done of theirs. If you have an issue with caley... Speak to them. I'm. Genuinely unsure what you think I can, and want to do here. I also don't take too kindly to someone saying I lied. That's a bold statement. Do you have any proof of these accusations?

Hey mate. Not 100% sure that's correct. I would advise sending Ryan a messeged and asking him. I know they have been very popular and there may be a back order, but that amount for delivery isn't right.

Just checked there and I would be 40 for delivery to east Kilbride. Just make sure you selected the right address and the right deliver option for you.

Hi Andy, that's me sorted, £40 as you said, the figure was 196 to free shipping, however when I queried all they said was clubs come from China, so a misunderstanding, thanks for your help.

Sorry for yhr late reply. They definitely are. I went from Wilson d7s and tbh... The Wilson d7s probably had more forgiveness but I feel the caley irons have more control and I could advance further with them

Hi Pete. That sounds like a case of bad timing. Unfortunately I only review the clubs and have no dealings with any company directly. I have had my own personal experience of sending and receiving clubs too and from Australia and it is not a simple process. The travel expenses caused by shipping sometimes exceeded the cost of the item. I my experience, I have always had and always heard alof great things when dealing with caley. My advice would be to reach out again and explain the situation. I have no doubt that you will be happy with the resolution in spite of the challenges. Caley is an independent brand and sometimes smaller companies don't have the resources that the big dogs have regarding logistics. Any deficit in logistical control will (I'm sure) be overpowered by service. I hope you get is resolved. Andy

Not at all. I have struggled with speed and distance since my Injury so it's been refreshing to get back to old numbers. They haven't given me a flyer lie on a normal shot. The forgivness from all over the face is phenomenal. I can push in the toe and they seem to hold amazingly. You won't regret it. I'm not one for saying something I don't believe in.

It’s not really a flyer lie as such I’m talking about, the first couple of generations of 790 and other hollow irons had a tendency to have some really really hot patches on the face which would mean 1 in 10 or so would just have no spin on them and go like 20 longer, completely out of the blue… they later versions more or less fixed it but I was wondering if these did it. You’d have probably noticed it if the did…. It’s rather on the extreme side

@@jameshopcroft8743 that's what we call it. A flyer. It's not just about being in the rough. No they don't. The face is stable and is constant across the full face. Obviously off centre strikes are punished but not as much as the p70 range. The new p70 range is better and more balanced but they still have high launch conditions, especially on shallow attacks
