Hello I am weather radio guru I run a very well known modding and radio repair business I also have discord which is weather radio guru#8045 add if ya like to! I currently own around 60 radios I am also interested in Exit signs ,Fire alarms, security systems, and Motorola radios which will be mainly uploaded in the winter season (dry season for severe weather)

if I recall there system crashed during the test and it would just resend the test over and over so they had to restart it for it to stop repeating the test

I have heard of endurance testing phones. This is how you do it to radios. Lol

So this reminds me of a similar incident at school while I was there. So I went to the Ohio State School for the Blind, in Ohio U.S.A., for middle school, high school, and my first year of job training. This meant we had dormitories we stayed at during the school year for additional programming. My last year at this school, while I was doing my Vocational training, me and the only other girl in the class were staying in a dorm with some high school seniors. Usually, we job training students made our own dinners for ourselves while the seniors got dining room delivery, but I had just come “home” from a conference a couple hours away, and they had a huge frozen lasagna to take down.. We just had that lol. I didn’t eat mine till very late however as I came back around 8 pm and the seniors, somehow, were just finishing up. Guessing they weren’t hungry earlier? Either way, one of the seniors, who I was really close with, decided to put her bread stick in the microwave because it was too cold and got hard. She put it on for thirty minutes instead of thirty seconds and got distracted. Just as I was to put my exit dress in the heat machine to treat it for bugs, the fire alarm went off. I rushed to finish putting my night clothes on and rushed outside. That bread was so burnt that it was on fire and they had to order a new microwave for that dorm. Good times. All the girls had to leave their rooms, because it acctivated that whole side of the complex. That whole rest of the year we called her breadstick queen.

btw, this wasn’t 2018, but instead 2020 (WXL42 was lucky to have it be their final year of being copper phoneline though)

It is grounded? The 120v is grounded that’s all that needs to be grounded

1:20 Midland WR400 goes off for an unrecognized message cuz the reception was bad but got the message
