As a girl with ADHD and Depression , this is why I dropped out of high school at 16. I was trying so hard to concentrate and understand that it felt suffocating to the point I would threw a tantrum inside me and even tear up a bit in class because I felt like an idiot to not follow the most simplest things. My doctor gave me Ritalin for my ADHD to focus better and even that wasn't enough. Studying fucked up my mental health so bad that I stopped my education all together and dropped out. My high school years really affected me as a person because the school has an extreme perfectionist reputation. Every student and teacher got to witnessed me being mentally unstable as years went by. Not to mention there's this one teacher who was being extremely cruel to me for no reason eventhough she knew I had a condition. It was traumatic. It's pretty sad I couldn't go to art college at the end of the day.

This animation gets me so well AAAA, im dyslexic plus dyscalculia which is a huge thing for me in school. Idk i just love this animation it speaks to me a lot since im very slow with learning things in school and paying attention in general

Me when everyone in the class keeps making fun of me because I keep asking what's being said because the teachers keep going so fast and I physically can't keep up and the teachers refuse to help me despite my iep so im just stuck being called slow or lazy.
