Rap Therapy is a UK Social Enterprise (www.raptherapy.co.uk) whereby we work with young people in schools and youth establishments to improve mental health through rap. We deliver innovative workshops, that enable young people to write raps and create digital recordings, equipping them with rap as a tool for self-expression! Since incorporating in 2018, we have made rapid growth across the UK, reaching thousands of young people.
