I think as long as you stay consistant with your training it won’t really affect your performances, like you said Marijuana smoke is different then Tobbaco smoke but it’s still damaging your lungs, you could try edibles if you want to preserve your lungs but be careful with the dosage (i don’t know much about edibles tho)

this is gonna break your knuckles more than the opponent edit: yall legit misunderstood, im talking abt putting brass knuckles over handwraps and gloves, not just plain brass knuckles. If you put wraps and gloves on it aint gonna do shit to the opponent cuz of the paddings and the impact would most likely hurt YOUR knuckles more than the opponents face.
