@@bobbydelray4945 Not really -Panama has had a significant Chinese presence since the construction of the first canal. Many of the small supermarkets across the country are owned by families of Chinese descent. After several generations, though, a lot of them have integrated deeply into Panamanian culture and society, so it’s fair to say that many are just as Latino as they are Chinese at this point - I guess that’s one of the main reasons, it is being influenced A LOT for years and they celebrated the Chinese new year for a very long time here already too

@the_expat_whisperer_pty Yes, the "Chino street markets" are good for all with aggressive prices for fruits/vegetables. My concern is the CCP BIG $$$ influence
