hints: =TEXT(A2/24,"[hh]\˚mm\'ss\""") Where, A2 is a cell (content of decimal deg value) and ˚ is a symbol.
@@ptech99 why it's divided by 24 I just want to know the logic
@@ptech99 If the whole cell no is simply divided by 24 the result will be difference
