Strangely Swakopmund is very cool, so the heat wasn’t bad. The dunes were pretty hot though, but worth it. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back soon 🔜

Yeah the puffiness is worrying, but hopefully I will be able to get them to subside 😣😣😣😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹. The toothpaste is not bad. It has a lot of ‘foam’ which I like and leaves the teeth feeling clean and fresh. The toothpaste and brush are about 90bucks and it lasts for about 1-2 months. I do not ordinarily spend this much on products because I use most of them for 1-2 months. I went over budget this month trying to deal with the puffiness 🥵🥵🥵
