What you need - 3 2x4's - 20 ft roll of plastic flexible drain pipe - A Base - 4 , 50 ft rolls of garland Steps Before you start its a good idea to run your studs through the table saw to cut off the curved edges and get them a little flatter and even to work with. Cut 1 stud for the height you want your cactus. Cut remaining studs for the arms. I chose to go with 1ft cuts and 4 arms. Cut 2 pie...

Handsome design! How did it hold up, after 2 years of sledding? Thanks for sharing the dimensions you used, I might be making one of these.
Nordic cool!
what are the sizes of the side panels?
Awesome piece of work
This sled is awesome
Nice! Just ordered 1! Hey I see you own a lot of jet tools..how's that jointer working for you? And from one fireman to another, stay safe out there brother
Hope you enjoy it! I love that Jointer. I do wish the bed was a bit longer sometimes but there are so many ways to make due.
Great video!
poor sound

Loved the video. Send the plans because I want to make one for my son. Please
He's doing the math wrong
My man, Bravo.....
That's just brilliant and exponentially quicker than all the fancy wood-based designs. I use pipe and flange for hanging things on the walls in my basement since one sticking out 12" with a four-hole flange mounted on 3/4" plywood can easily hold trimmers, chain saws (provided you have on that doesn't leak oil all over when hung), etc. You can't buy stuff worth a crap anymore. I wanted to have a rack for folding chairs. After looking for a while I gave up and welded my own that will hold twelve.
Hi, I am a middle school student who wants to build this for an engineering class, so could you tell us the sizes of all the wood so I could build this, Thank You.
Wow I would buy a set of plans!
Awesome sled!! Any plans??
I have one question, are you sponsored by Jet tools, why I ask is these tools are not cheap by no means.
I am not, I have partnered with them but these tools are purchased with my own money.
Love your flags!❤️🇺🇸
I put my heart and soul in each one!
@@thehandyfireman7714 You can tell!
Hello! Great video! I work at a school, and we are looking for projects like this for our students. If you could make a step by step pdf of this I'm sure people would buy it from you! Just an idea :)
nice job
Just as a note- we recommend removing bearings from the router bits before cleaning. The degreasers in many cleaners can get into the sealed bearings and cause them to fail.
Nice! Glad you are enjoying the speed of the cleaning and better cuts that a clean blade provides!
Nice product, I would definitely order this with the 20% off, but your link just opens the site, no discount found.
It’s like having a weapons cleaning kit for woodworkers. Nice find.
Why you got to make a Marine tear up jajaja. Semper Fi. Great video
Haha glad you like it my friend.
SemperFi
i just bought one and love it, thanks for the video review. Beats having to empty the other system I had when done. Word to the wise though. Router bits with bearings, take the bearings off if you're using any kind of cleaner that is a degreaser.
Great stuff!
Thanks Buddy
Nice system, I have the rockler product now and it works in a similar fashion but a lot less cost. Stay safe!
The Rockler container is not actually a system that cleans the blades. With the BladeClean, we provide the magnetic handle and cleaning pad that let you clean all the teeth at once on each side. When you clean your blades regularly, it literally takes longer to dry the blade than to clean it.
@@Microjig Sorry, In todays economy its just to expensive to justify. Cut that price in half and I will buy it!
@@1262-f8e we understand the cost issue, but manufacturing is more expensive than you think. If we could reduce the cost, we would. But keep in mind that the value here is in saving money having blades sharpened when they only need to be cleaned, saving blades because you only get 4-6 sharpenings out of the carbide teeth, and saving stock and or time dealing with poor cuts and burning. In my home shop, I can clean my blade(s) in 30 seconds at the beginning of a weekend (instead of the 20 minutes it used to take with a wire brush) and have the best possible cuts throughout my working session.
Nailed it, copying your design!! Bravo Sir!!!😉
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice work, Looks Great!!
Thank You!
Hum .. Super cool nice work Joe!
Thanks bro
Thanks bro
Your videos are actually really good with good info...keep going.
Thanks, will do!
Nice. Might be trying this soon. What length screws did you use to attach pipe flange? Do they go into studs or just the support board?
Good to see some artistry on this and not watching people load it into a CNC machine
Thanks
Good on you dcfn
robert alquisira hey buddy. Hope life is treating you well
