Hello my beautiful yoga friends,
thank you for joining my online yoga community!
My channel features shorter as well as full length yoga classes (30 - 90 minutes).
I´m teaching a variety of styles. My favourite one being Yin&Yang; the Yang part being more active, the Yin part being more passive with longer held postures. I also love teaching Vinyasa/Hatha Flow classes in which I´m emphasising connecting dynamic yet slow and deliberate movements with the breath. You will also find Yin classes sometimes even with music.
Classes are suitable for all levels (unless noted otherwise), variations are given.

🙏 Class Description:
This is a 60 min yin yoga class working through all areas of the body (legs, hips, upper body, shoulders). The practice guides your to release tension so that your whole body will feel lighter and softer at the end of the class.
The class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
I am only giving minimal verbal instructions. A lot of people like to listen to slow music as it helps them to dive even deeper into relaxation.

PS: A brief introduction to yin:
- Postures are similar to some ‘yang’ asanas but held in a passive way over an extended period of time (usually between 3-5 mins).
- Keep the muscles in the targeted area relaxed. We are not working on the muscles, but on the connective tissue of the body (deeper fascial network, tendons, ligaments, bones, joints).
- In every posture find your edge (where you first feel a change in the tissue when coming into a posture), stay there in stillness (stillness of the body, the breath and the mind) and hold the posture for the whole duration.

Change of perspective. Instead of looking outwards, looking inwards - reviewing expectations (one´s own and those of others) - discovering what matters most in life.
Self-love. Accepting oneself - getting in touch with one´s own life-themes - developing a loving attitude towards oneself and others.

I loved the class. Due to some limitations I had to make some of the postures more accessible for me, but it was still beautiful. ❤
Beautiful practice, beautiful music….maybe slightly lower music volume….im slightly hard on hearing and occasionally your gentle voice got lost. ❤
There were 4 adverts that popped up in the first 23minutes of this practice. So i finised it then. Which is such a shame because i was enjoying it, but the adverts kept bringing me out of the moment as i had to keep waiting and skipping them 😕
So sorry! Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the ad placement here on TH-cam. They just place them whenever and wherever they want. So far it was only affecting my meditations… seems that they are now placing them into my yoga videos as well which is such a shame 😬

love this class! any suggestions for variations on the first boat pose sequence? i found myself unable to do it without using momentum. maybe just make the movements smaller and not go all the way back?

Nothing I can do about the ads here on TH-cam. They do whatever they want in terms of ad placement. You can listen to my meditations ad-free on the app InsightTimer (it’s free)
Liked the music....I'm used to that in in-class yoga. Had issues doing a couple of poses so alternatives to the positions would be helpful (at least for me)

Love this sequence. The music is awesome
I always struggled to flow vinyasana because i am weak to do chaturanga but with your class i felt safe and comfy to try it. Your voice and rhythm don't panic me to accompany the flow. Otherwise make me feel okay to just do it in my time. Adding some strengthen and mobility exercises for hands and wrist in my routine, finally i started to do vinyasana (but still with my knees in the floor) and accomplished a whole clas without skip a vinyasana. Thank you so much for sharing your classes. They help me feel brave to try something that i couldn't to over 8 years practicing yoga.
I was having very bad anxiety, practiced yoga, took a cold shower, but It wasn't enough. I did only half the practice, because I'm not used to maditating, and it helped a lot. Tears started rolling down my face by the relief it gave me. Thank you so much for this!
