I've had my dainese Linea 01 prior to the USA releases (got from France vendor for 170 shipped) Lightest on the market, fits really well. I just snagged me a Limar Livigno due to the sale at 150$. I think it fits me a slightly better, but I don't have any rides in it yet. I already don't like the cheek pad install/system (seems weak) It has the rear ratchet system, but fits me so well, I won't use it.

What they do is 1) GET STUCK and won't unlock and 2) the incredibly SOFT keys SNAP OFF when you turn them. Apparently I am not alone and find numerous complaints. My lock has been used once!

I just got a Yamaha Cross Core. My first bike so nothing to compare it to. I don't understand gripes about no throttle, just set it to standard or high PAS and the pedals act as throttle from a stop or otherwise. It's lightweight, can be used as an acoustic bike (no power). I like the double chainring, rare these days. I only wish it had a rear light...otherwise I'm really appreciating and enjoying this bike.

For me it's simple to choose BOTH. Using them depends on where I am going and what I'm doing 😊 2nd with a 29er you're limited to a max chainring of 36/22 paired with an 11 x36 cassette (2x) and 34 (1x) for the specialized rockhopper. 2025 disc I find that I must use all the gears to maintain a steady cadence until I spin out The ultimate 29er set up for me would be with a 46/30 2 x and an 11/36 in the in the back or a 40.up front 1x and the same cassette the back. However, because of the chainring / tire / frame clearance, it's only a dream 😞 On my 26er v brakes I use a 42 /32. 7 speed 14x34 I don't spin out unless I am using the 32 only. Btw v brakes have plenty of stopping power and modulation in the dry and wet if used correctly If a 29er had a 40 tooth chainring it would have plenty of speed and then some 😊

The A4 was their first "pro model" when these first came out. The griptape had their Razor logo (just the icon) cropped and spanning the majority of the length of the deck. In the scooter community, we would remove the plastic guards on the folding mechanism and remove the innards of the whole mechanism and put in grade 8 bolts or anything thick enough to fit snuggly in all 3 holes to hold it in place. Also, removing the front guard would allow us to push the bars a little further, thus increasing the angle of the bars from around 86-87 to 88-91ish. That bar angle made a huge difference for doing tricks. Every once in a while after a good amount of beating from all the impact, the welds on the foldy would snap if the dropouts didn't break first. Which also sparked people bolting square tubing or angle irons onto the dropouts of the deck to strengthen it a bit longer. Great times. I wish they would bring this model back again for good. I was able to find 2 scooters on ebay but they were not the revamp version which is shown here with the full deck grip and the centered logo and clear wheels. I would like to get my hands on the revamp though. Still searching every once in a while!
