We install the Head and torque everything down, and install the cams and bolt and torque them down. Next video we will be hopefully timing the engine. Waiting on the parts to arrive and then we’ll be able to install our followers and chains and even the oil pump

In this video we go ahead and start assembly of the long block of the Romeo 4.6 2v. In the end of this video i put the head on the wrong way as i wasn’t paying attention so just make sure that you end up putting them on the correct way in the correct orientation

Making AN Lines For 4.6 2v Intake Manifold

Making the -6 AN line for the fuel rail crossover in the front. First time ever doing PTFE line so was kind of a learning curve for me. First video made on the 4.6 build as well. Going to try and make a ton more videos for the build. I’ll be going over a bunch of stuff. The short block just got done at the machine shop so there will be videos coming out here shortly

Did they have to balance the rotating assembly? I’m looking to do the exact same setup with coyote rods and aftermarket pistons
@@meorge9359 Yes the machine shop did balance the rotating assembly. I would recommend balancing the rotating assembly if you are changing anything in the bottom end
