Some people say that cucumber and water is actually good but you can add more ingredients and blended how it works is you can add a green apple lemon and pineapples with cucumbers and sometimes you can add other ingredients if you like but those ingredients that don’t have a lot of sugar in them And I drink it every morning and I have been so relaxed because I got to lose some weight for schooll no hate to u Thank you so much. 😊
