3 Secrets about the Hoover Police Department
Hoover is a police state your safe at home but no where else as the police love to stop you and see what you are up to i would never mover there shelby county is a liberal parasite
today's gunna be a great day after waking to this video thanku
How kind of you!
Why would anyone want to move to Alabama 😂
People are always surprised by the beauty of all the hills and trees 🌲 n AL. I have found that wherever I have lived, and I have lived in many states and countries, there is always something that makes an area unique and it’s own. It’s one of the things that makes our country great. So where shall I begin with the reasons to move to Alabama? 4 seasons, low taxes, friendly people, southern cooking, hours from the beach or mountains, etc, etc.
Not only is Hoover appealing, it has extremely high adult education attainment statistics and very low crime. I grew up in California and spent the last decade in Colorado and I'm looking forward to moving to Hoover to get away from a lot of unpleasant aspects of those two states.
Yea yall are pretty good at football. But we both know that you get nervous before you play pell city. Us panthers are a wild card. And we dont even have a big multi million dollar sponsorship from under armor like yall do... On a serious note, take that buyer beware stuff seriously. Born and raised here in Pell city, ive noight and sold a few houses. Dosent always work out even when you get am inspector. I learned the hard way that not all inspectors are the same. I had one that looking back probably worked for the realtor or the seller or something. Gave it a passing grade with only one issue. I spent the next 2 years flexing my handyman know how...
Hate to hear about your experience with the home inspection. While I provide a list of inspectors to buyers, I make them aware that I do not know the inspectors. They just come from a list of state licensed inspectors. Realtors are not inspectors and I would never presume to know anything about inspection items. That's why a buyer should always select the inspector. On a football note: you can always count on good competition in Alabama. It is certainly a fun football state. Lots of great talent and heart.
@@HooverRealtor oh hey there. I just had that happen once. I wasn't trying to be disrespectful. I mostly wanted to talk a little smack about football. I didn't know about the buyer beware thing until you said it so I learned something and shared one experience. I've bought and sold a number of properties in the last ten years and only had one bad experience. The high majority of people here are perfectly honest. I just remembered that one experience when I learned about the buyer beware law.
I love hoover 💕
I’ve been in Alabama 10 years and bought 2 homes and sold one. I did have to do a disclosure on the house I sold, so even though it may be buyer beware I believe the seller does bear some responsibility. Alabama is a beautiful state and I could live anywhere but chose to live here.
I think it is always right to do the right thing and share things that you would want to know if you were buying a house.
@@HooverRealtor Agreed though the video puts everything on the buyer and I don’t believe that’s correct.
@@carolyndavis6657Alabama Real Estate law only requires a seller to reveal health or safety issues and I would not want to leave that to a seller’s discretion. Occasionally you will see a real estate company ask a seller to complete a disclosure though it is not required by AL real estate law. Alabama is officially referred to as a “buyer beware” state.
Can we talk about the taxes to be paid in Hoover..:?
Certainly. Taxes are relative, depending on your perspective. There cities with higher taxes and cities with lower taxes all around us. Some people are happy to pay a bit more in taxes in order to experience better schools. Other people don’t care about schools. I’m always so appreciate of our tax rate when I work with people moving in town from out of state. Their taxes are astronomical.
Bro my school has played this song since I was in third grade I’m in 5th
You gonna pay those Hoover taxes. Believe that!
Dont forget about the crime too
With higher taxes, typically you get a better quality school. It all depends on what is important to you.
great video
Thank you so much. Be sure to subscribe to my channel if you are interested in staying on top of all thing in Hoover. I do my best o keep my neighbors informed.
Thank you so much.
@@HooverRealtor you are welcome
Hoover is fan. The city is on top of their game with police and city services.
Our police and fire departments are the best trained and equipped to do their jobs. More importantly, they really care and feel honored to serve the community.
Alabama says when you play with 🔥 you get burned.
Fifty bucks says you will not see any natural citizen framers.
Needed to hear this today as I'm trying not to let it be a bad day forgot to take ADHD meds cos I overslept and can't take them now as won't sleep later 🤦🏼♀️
Hang in there

The music is too loud, can barely hear. Same for the previous video. I love your content!! Thank you for all the information you give.
Noted!
So good to know. Glad you like the content
Turn off the music, I can’t hear anything you’re saying
Thank you for that tip. I agree it was too loud on this video. 🤪
Yeah but then you have to live in Alabama 😬
Yep and there are so many good things about that
@@HooverRealtor probably, just not the poverty rates or child hunger or education system or profound racism or extreme and increasing heat or relatively limited opportunities for growth or violent crime rates but. I'm sure it has its moments. 🙃
Pricey..
Home prices have certainly kicked up over the last couple of years
What is the starting price range for Single Family homes?
Hi Dee - home prices have not yet been released. I would not be surprised if the pricing is similar to that of Lake Wilborn $400,000-600,000+. I’m hoping there are some more moderately priced homes in the mid $300’s. Stay tuned. Feel free to follow my website for updates as I have them.
@@HooverRealtor what about school for Everlee? Hopefully DeerValley 🫣
@@deewitt2833 that would seem logical though I have not heard any discussions around this. I’m certain that it has been considered during the Hoover planning and zoning meetings.
