Nice sales patter, but just a couple of facts. Once you have 6 or more panels, the start-up voltage of the DV inverter is lower than the enphase micros. 5-600 Volts going through the MC4? Nope. Most inverters will not accept more than 400V and a string of 8 panels will only output around 250V. More than this on the roof and installers will wire strings in parallel. The constant reference to DC "high-voltage" when they're using 240V AC. It's a term used to try and scare people. The reason that Tesla are going towards DC with the PW3 is because it is more efficient and there are no legitimate safety concerns about DC systems. I'm giving up on fact checking the rest of this video...i'm just not sure why this guy is so anti DC.

HI. I had a 32amp 3 pin single phase plug put in garage and brought a 32amp 3 pin tail for the tesla charger. I am only getting 16amp charging. Is this right or have I been dudded by a dodgy installer?????

If you cut 11 mm off the smaller plug of your type 2 to type 2 cable it could ALSO be used as an extension cable.

Regarding replacing the 3rd Gen charger glass faceplate, Tesla have replacement colours on their shop for purchase of just the glass faceplate yo match your car’s colour.

For the 32AMP socket, what breaker and RCD type have you fitted to the switchboard?

the savings figures include your solar system which is probably around the $10K installed. Also it'll be hard to find a electricity rate of 14.3 cents

your numbers are a bit pie in the sky, entire battery is not accessible to be drawn down, I would still say 10+ year payback in real world usage

Lawrence - you should change the unit of energy on your calculation page from kW to kWh eg. 12.88 kWh /Day. Very confusing otherwise.
