Magnífica obra! Temperamental interpretación!! 🌹📖🎶🥂
No entiendo los parones del 1:05 y 1:22, el del 2:03, que aunque yo ya hiciera cierto rubato ahí en mis interpretaciones en conciertos tocando de memoria, los veo excesivos (algo mejor el del 2:13), el del 2:36, el también muy exagerado del 3:14 que revierte en una reducción del tempo no escrita (supongo para facilitar ya que tocar a tempo esos grupetos es la parte técnica más complicada), el del 3:37 (que también revierte en otra reducción del tempo y un arreglo caprichoso que desvirtúa la idea original del maestro de la danza española, FML, que no están escritos en la partitura de Félix Máximo López, original para fortepiano. Y por tanto, tampoco fueron recogidos en mi edición crítica en el ICCMU, primera mundial (por lo que según la ley de PI con todavía derechos de autor aunque el compositor sea de dominio público). Tampoco está realizada la repetición de toda la pieza, escrita por el autor, y que puede dar juego a cambios ornamentales, alguna cadencia, o variaciones de matización.

What wonderful music! And played so well... thank you! One tiny observation: the piano stool seems out of place. Maybe harpsichord builders could supply stools that are more in keeping with their instruments...?

Extremely nicely played at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. There are players who don't move anything except the fingers, like Gustav Leonhardt and there is Irene González Roldán, who is waving with her entire body completely taken away by the music .
I would love to hear her live. Her treatment of rhythm is superb. Never distorted never eccentric. Always in balance with the music. This is rare if I get to Spain next year, I’ll be sure to go to a concert of hers. .
@@ronaldmckean3177 I once recorded a live performance online at the Fundacion Juan March in Madrid. She most definitely promotes Spanish keyboard music, as Genoveva Gálvez did in the past. As said before, I will see a live recital next month in the city of Utrecht
