Stihl ms 660 junkyard save with a neotec parts kit, allot of new Stihl parts and a hyway 56mm piston and cylinder. As they say, assembled in the USA with global components. The first saw I've ever completely built from parts. Also did a damn fine paint job, if I do say so myself. total cost was around $400 give or take. Stihl ms660, neotec, parts kit, clone saw, neo tec , not farmertec,

First climb on zig zag plus. Aka.. large broken limb in maple

My first climb on any mechanical decender. Large limb broke out in a silver maple in my yard that the drop line runs through the middle of it. Pretty short to remove all the swearing.
Stihl over bored 039 test cut

Stihl 039 bored out to 72cc test cutting in nasty hickory crotch. 28 inch bar with full skip stihl rs chain & 8 pin sprocket. Cylinder was replated with nikasil and finish bored to 52mm.

Allis Chalmers 416h prepping seed bed for planting.

Using the Allis with a 5 foot mounted cultivator after it was plowed and rolled. Making a nice 4 to 5 inch deep seed bed for sweet corn and green beans.
Wood block helps hand filing!!

Plowing with a sears/brinley 14 inch plow with oliver trash cover. The tractor has been converted to a category 0 three point. Sorry for no sound..

Took an old craftsman saw out of the junk, rebuilt the carb, basically made it reliable.
Fuel filter?
Thanks Sam, I had exactly the same issue with my MS251C yesterday. I took it the the Stihl shop and he fixed it in just a minute, costing me $15.00 to replace the top black piece of the handle which is part of that little lug. I’ve watched your video and I will use your method to repair it next time.
