Identical software environment. Nearly 10 minutes to boot the conventional hard drive to vida being ready to launch. About 2:30 on the external USB SSD drive.

Wow this is very impressive and everything I want out of my v60. I’m in the states and tuning options are limited for Volvos. Are you VE mapping or flashtuning? also would like to chat about what options are available for hybrid turbos here.

Hi I cant mount the Mongoose cable, windows 10 says Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0X80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {6ac83d89-6ee7-4e33-8ae6-b257b2e81be8} I have loaded the Mongoose driver in the guest OS(Windows 10) Host is Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.10 Any help gratefully received. USB set to USB 3.0 (xHCI) Controller
Hello there very interesting video but can I ask do you need a password for Vida ? To actually use
at 4min 21s you can see the username being entered. there is no password

Hi Matt, thanks for the video on setting up XDIAG VCXNANO installation for VIDA. I ran the manager and updated the firmware. The next thing is how and which VIDA software do I run? I downloaded the Vida2014d DVD (ISO) (from Google Drive) but dont see the app on my desktop?

Bigger/ different turbine and compressor than standard.

Thank you for taking the time to create and share this video! I hate to do this but I cant find an answer anywhere...would the configuration you have demonstrated provide full functionallity between VIDA and the car? I.e. could you calibrate a new throttle body on a P2 chassis vehicle?
Throttle body, yes, Electronic throttle module (ETM) - No. so if you have an 1999-2004 petrol Volvo with magneti marellit ETM, and you want to replace it , then no Vida 2014d cant code it.

you do not need to code or calibrate the throttle body, having said that, when you fit the new one, swtich to igniton position 2 and wait 1 minute and it will calibrate itself.

Hello, thank you for the video; I got a vcx too, it works with the car with some others diagnostics softwares, but with vida the "diagnostic" section stays grey. even if i select "vxdiag" then read vehicle informations, it always end without diagnostic section available. do you have any idea of what's not working? (I can read cem and ecm datas with Vdash for example)
Switch your country to China or Europe. Switching countries should work even if it’s the wrong country

Hiya Matthew your Volvo is now on eBay I presume you must have sold it a while back as the eBay username is a different name, did it have the methanol injection when you had it , I was a bit interested in it but it’s miles away from me , looks a top quality build, found your TH-cam after googling about the car, a pucker stealth sleeper , I wonder if it’s same as you had it or next owners took it a bit further
It stoped being my volvo a while ago now. Yes I put the methanol injection on it. I don't think anything else has been done to it. What's to do lol.

Yes, except the old v40/s40 - it doesn't seem to like them.
