5인분 기준 감자탕 재료 입니다. 감자탕을 끓이실 때 꼭 돼지 등뼈는 국내산 냉장 등뼈를 구입하셔야 합니다. 냉동이나 수입산은 잡내 제거를 해야 하기 때문에 기술이 필요합니다. 구수한 감자탕을 좋아하시면 지금 이 방법대로 끓이시고 칼칼한 감자탕을 좋아 하시면 된장 양을 줄이시고 고추장과 고추 가루를 더 첨가하시면 됩니다. 그리고 제일 중요한 것은 검정 들깨 가루를 사용 하셔야 하고 깻잎도 꼭 넣으셔야 합니다. 그 외에 야채는 취향에 맞게 팽이버섯이나 감자,당면/수제비를 넣어 드셔도 됩니다.마지막으로 감자탕을 다 드시고 잘 익은 김치와 김 가루/참기름 등 볶음밥 재료를 넣고 볶음밥으로 마무리 하시면 바로 우리 집이 감자탕 맛집 입니다.
