台灣慣老闆們的好物 - 用多模態LLM監控員工是否認真工作。 垷在最流行的多模態LLM,拿來監控員工其實是相當方便的,它的好處至少有: 1. 不用自己準備dataset訓練AI模型,光是這項就省下了大量的人力和時間。 2. 可自行定義多種不同的動作。 3. 不用寫太多程式,只要會一點OpenCV和下prompt 4. 方便使用,只要定義好偵測熱區,就能套用到不同的辦公區域。 5. 成本低廉。由於不需要即時的檢測,每五分鐘或十分鐘檢測一次也可以,以偵測10個座位來說,一天8小時每五分鐘偵測一次,只需要送出960 requests,一天成本不到50元。 我的作法: 1. 先定義好影像中要監控的熱區(座位),例如: seat1 = [ [520,117,413,239 ] ] seat2 = [ [66,421,226,186] ] seat3 = [ [295,424,213,212] ...

Jetson nano不適合訓練模型.. 先在GPU上訓練YOLO或SSD,再放在Jetson nano執行。

Frames can be streamed over Wi-Fi (HTTP, MQTT, UDP, etc.), and you can use Python to read these frames from the IP address and process the images using the computational power of your PC. Conclusion, esp32 was used as external camera, PC was used as center processor
