Hi, your video made its way to my homepage, and I think it's a sign that you're doing something right for the algorithm. But beyond that, I think you definitely did something right with the content; taking the effort to view the early videos of big channels was a good thing, and the stitches you made of MrBeast and MrWhoseTheBoss were very good for the message. For the fear you mentioned about getting subscribers, I get it, I'm not a TH-camr, but I get it, and I feel guilty for being a part of those who don't subscribe after watching, but I'll say why I've chosen not to: the topics you cover aren't the content I'm bent on following here. I have a niche, and I try to keep the channels I'm subscribed-to to a minimum to help me keep up with their content. There are other channels I go to when I need some info though, but I'm not subscribed to them. MrWhoseTheBoss is an example of such channels, Dave2D, PeterMckinon, Whaddoyoumeme, yaboyroshi, Ryan George, and many more... and the algorithm has a way of bringing their videos to my home feed on random days. So, I think, regardless of what your watch ratio to subscription ratio is, as long as you have good consistency with good content that people are willing to watch, your videos will find their audience and you'll do well. It's not bad to have in-between videos that you simply love to make for yourself though, you would find some people who would tune in just to watch you enjoy the things you love doing, but it's good to mix it up with solid content that people could gain info from (PeterMckinon's channel is a good example for this). So, stay consistent, but don't make it a chore to impress people with the content you deliver; find that healthy balance in the content you make to keep yourself and the channel going. I hope this serves as an encouragement, and I hope I get to see you on my home feed again 🫶🏽

You can mimic AE puppet tool with a cut out of your hand and morphing it to the exact shape of the next frame and using opacity fades and a bit of motion blur to potentially make it seamless
