Hi! I’m Toffee Latte’s creator, and here’s the basic full story So, Toffee Latte is supposed to be based on a gr00m3r of mine, as I tend to Self-Project onto Dark Choco. Ofc, he is a character that is the Punching Bag of my friend and I’s lore. So yes, he is NOT a good cookie, and I kinda regret even giving him a name-
