the quintessential game of what is known known as "euro-shmups". i think it came with duke nukem 3d if i remember correctly? might've been a shareware version. good memories, although nowadays i like shmups designed in the japanese style (i.e. dodonpachi) better :)

Starbound had a great story and I loved going through the game and getting to know the characters in it. It was a bit bittersweet when it ended lol

There was nothing like playing this on the TWO screen cabinet at the skating rink. That was like, nuts back in the day and it seemed so huge. Also, this game is loosely based on the 1989 pilot for an X-Men cartoon, Pryde of the X-men. It never went anywhere, but looked really cool and it's line-up is featured here. But this game probably helped with the hype for the '92 series.

I absolutely blew this game out of the water, last Fall, by S ranking it with all endings and unlocks obtained. Since first hearing about it, back in 2012 on release day, but finally and recently working up the courage to complete it. Took me a bit and some out of me, but I managed to do it. 👌💯😎

Is the game a janky mess? Absolutely NO. This game was released more than 12 years ago for free (the engine itself older than 20 years). I really loved playing this game a long time ago during my high school years (back in 2012) Me and my friends also marveled at the graphics considering how many unique models and textures this mod had. Thanks for the upload, it brought back some old memories for me!

Delta City was from the movie. Its the big new development they want to build in place of the slums of Detroit.

Delta City was the planned city that the corporate types in the movie wanted to replace Detroit with. They wanted to tear down Metro Detroit, completely.

This is probably one of the most explicit games you will ever find. i dont know how fare you are into the game already. but you dont need to get too fare before you realize how explicit this game is. if you haven't met fingers yet well you might wanna punch him, but Dont!

I played this back in the day and really enjoyed it. If I remember correctly it didn't do very well commercially and hammered a nail into the coffin of space games as a major genre for many years. Thanks for the walk down memory lane 🙂

Just bought a 360 copy off ebay which is nice cause only ever played the Xbox version. 360 version has buttery frame rate

Thank you for making this!! 640 x 480 didn't look so bad back in the 90s when I had a 14 inch CRT monitor, but you sure notice the pixelation when you are using a 37 inch flatscreen!

This looks terrifying, the hands, the faces, the only thing that this really benefits are some textures and text maybe.

Yeeah there's not many good texture packs out there for Doom 3 as they look oddly sharp and pixelated or just don't look right at all but there is one hd mod for the original Doom 3 and I can definitely say it's by far the best HD pack to date it's called D3HDP - DooM 3 Essential HD Pack I highly recommend you'll love it. It looks wayy better than this mod

A lot of the newer content has far better texture's also I would recommend turning back on the names above heads so you know which npc is which otherwise ddo is a great game though it has a steep learning curve 😁
