In our fast-paced lives with lots of responsibilities, it is very natural that we feel stressed out, lack energy and don't feel joy in doing things we love. But these are also alarms that are telling you about a possible burnout.
I have experienced burnouts multiple times. So did my friends, and a lot of people who work in social media. While I am not a medical professional, I have a lot of tools that prevent me from going into one again.
With this video, I want to encourage you to grapple yourself with this topic. Because prevention is easier than treatment.
Remember: if you are in later stages of burnout, consult a medical specialist!
