In fact Rolex GMT-master wristwatches went to the Moon during Apollo 13, Apollo 14 and Apollo 17 ( MoonwatchUniverse ) There's no right nor wrong, enjoy what You like... both Omega and Rolex... this Seamaster is beautiful as it doesn't have the Helium escape valve toothpaste cap at 10 o'clock

George Daniels 'Watchmaking' is one of my favourite books over the last 30 years. A friend of mine, Cdr Craven, lent George some of his Bentleys which George eventually insisted on buying off him in the '60's. Another friend said that although he said he made one watch a year, he would actually work on six at once.
For Daniels to accrue such a fine collection of superb highly desirable automobiles he must have been trousering more than a few quid. Yes they were cheaper in the day but they were never "cheap" per se. Daniels is my sort of guy. Today a very rare breed. RIP George Daniels..

This gentleman has clearly no idea about coffee. He's not completely wrong about us Swiss though. You get what you pay for and we are way better at motorcycles than at cars.
