Installing DE wool dreadlocks— short hair
Not a tutorial exactly, more a time lapse of how I do it on my own hair, with a little description explaining what I’m doing. Next time I do an install in someone else’s hair I think I’ll do an in depth how to. It will just be easier for me to fully explain and get better angles that way. I just thought I’d record me putting them in because it’s probably the most frequent question I get asked when I’m wearing them “how do you put them in yourself”.... so here it is.

It was a ribbed foam sheet i got from a craft store where they have all of the foam shapes and what not

No it needs to be unspun wool it kinda looks like candy floss its called roving

Dreads are for everyone but they are expensive on Etsy there's so many to choose from and you can see if you have enough money ahead of time before you buy them
Ive seen boys wear em too, i think you should look exactly how it is you would like to look and not worry about it ❤️

Hi thank you, i had alot going on in my life shortly after this i stopped selling on etsy but as soon as im back on track ill be making more, the soap was just washing up liquid, and the mat was a foam non slip car dash mat and i also used a foam craft mat with ridges from hobby craft
