Math fhein!
Thank you for these tips! I'm taking the CPE this month, I'm really nervous!
Suas leis a Ghaidhlig. Well done Vera and good luck.
i have got 200 i m soo happy <3
Could the cpe be taken from any part of the world
Chances are good that the ancestors of the modern Dutch people spoke Celtic languages long before they became “Germanized.” Certainly the people of Gaul spoke Celtic languages which are really just the Western European dialects of Indo-European.
Did anybody know where can I find the corrected version of the HSK 1 level test in from the workbook please ?
For any language(but especially celtic languages like Irish and Gaelic, you HAVE TO actively look up the pronunciation rules which can be a taxing thing to do, but for languages like Gaelic, is it imperitive
I loved you video! I just met your channel, but i am happy that you passed! I hope that i will pass as well!
I was surprised that there was a lot of german and not much french influence
I am only 12 years old and i am learning english , german, chinese and i am from sri lanka

I also want to go there please someone marry me from there😢
I think it's always fun learning a new language. I*m Scottish and learning Gaelic. You might bump into some one who knows Gaelic and try and have a conversation 2 minutes or 5 as it does not matter as after you part you will feel great within your self I think. Good on you
7:09 I understood the whole sentence 😮 😭 It feels so good to know that I am not that bad 😍 specifically when I am self studying
How could i not trust a BTS and Outlander fan all in one face
I love this video! Finally someone who said it is extremely difficult exam. I find it inspirational that even though you are an English teacher you failed at first attempt. Thank you!
Tha do bhlas dìreach sgoinneil! Cùm a' dol - tha Gàidhlig mo chiad chànain agus tha mi a teagasg tro mheadhan na Ghàidhlig. Cho toilichte seo fhaicinn.
Dutch is probably a good language to start from when learning Gàidhlig pronunciation. Grammar is still going to be a challenge 😊
Hello, I was wondering if you would recommend SNU Korean Language Textbook / Workbook for someone to self study. Thank You.
Can you share what type of questions have you got ? Is there a speaking test as well in hsk1?
Listening and reading! There is no speaking or writing in the HSK 1 and 2 exams. If you want to to a speaking exam, take the hskk 1.
Hi .. did any tone marking questions have come for exam ?
Hi! No it did not :)

Good luck!!
hiya! prob u r not reading the comment section tho i can’t help but hats off to ur accent. this is just marvellous, impeccable clear RP
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it :)
I'm so excited about your feedback about the CPE, I'm studying to improve my writing and I'm glad to know that important to practice essays, reviews and letters formal and informal, because it's actually what I'm doing. I going to keep in mind about listening to podcasts like BCC for the different topics that they have. By the way, I love the funny way you explained your experience, is the first time I've seen your video and I'd love it, you won a new subscriber. Greetings from Paraguay. 🇵🇾♥️.
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind comment! I wish you the best of luck on your cpe ☘️ I am sure you can do it!! ☺️☺️
gur math a thèid leat!
Weird Luxembourgers critizising her for at least learning some basics for such a short trip while being fully aware that people live in this country that stay for 10+ years and are not even willing to even say the slightest 'Moien' smh. Yes she has a strong accent and everybody would know that she is indeed Dutch; but it's perfectly understandable; which is expected because most Luxembourgers can fairly well understand some Dutch without ever learning it. She's doing great.
As someone who has gone through Old Irish as well, this was really interesting to watch! I did not go the flashcards route, so seeing how you split the vocab into different parts was an interesting insight.
Thank you for watching my video! I appreciate it. Funny to hear you did old Irish too! What made you decide to learn the language?
Well, I did the Celtic Bachelor so it was forced upon me, but it was a nice challenge that made it clear imediately in block 1 that I would be having a good time during my studies. I prefer Welsh though, which is like Old Irish but without stemclasses and no prototonic/deuterotonic distinction in the verbs, which although fun, make Old Irish soooo difficult to grasp
Did my HSK 2 exam close to yours. When do you want to take the HSK 3 exam?
I will go to Scotland soon
Amazing!! Me too actually :)
Thanks for that video ! it helps me preparing myself for my HSK exam tomorrow :) also good job !
And??? Did you pass? :)
@@BecomingaPolyglot yessss I got 193/200 🙏🎉 so happyyy ! but sadly since then I've completely stopped learning Chinese because I was having so much fun doing it that I was not focusing on my studies anymore lmao... And I've started participating in a theatre project which also takes me lots of time. So I'm a bit afraid of forgetting it all.... but I mean, i had already started Chinese like 5 years ago, then stopped, and I managed perfeclty fine to start again this year, so I guess it's gonna be okay ;)
I love this place. We've just come back from there. 😊❤
I found your channel via the Czech video, because I just started learning it myself … Realized you dropped the language quickly, but then stayed for the vibes. I’m actively learning five languages, with two on the back burner, one planned, and a few abandoned. Your polyglot aspirational energy is relatable and refreshing! ❤
Kannst du ohne Internet, und ohne Komputer lernen? Nur mit buch😊
Welcher Stadt ist das?
Ich liebe dich
Will you try to improve this grade ?
I don’t think so no, at least not right now. But I probably need to for my research masters anyways…
Do you learn languages only by yourself? (Only with books and internet), (without teacher or tutor); and why are you so beautiful, Vera?
Are you a loner?
Can't you speak German?
Every time i see you, i become happier
Dualingo Irish is not very good for pronunciation. I wonder if the Scottish Gaelic is any better ? Any native speakers got an opinion ?
oh yes it would be great to know what native Scottish Gaelic speakers think of Duolingo. And thank you for your thoughts on Irish. I am actually going to study Modern Irish next block. But you're not a fan of Duolingo I gather? Do you have another resource you prefer for modern Irish? :)
Can tell by the tattoo that you're an army! Haha I want to resume my Korean studies too but I tend to proscrastinate so much 🥲
Hahaha absolutely true 😂 got the tattoo in Valencia in 2022, love it so much. Yea Korean and procrastination somehow seem to go together very well 😂
