Basements arent as rare as you think they are. Alot of Central and north fla have homes with half basements or walkout basements. Also alot of older homes built between 1920 to 1950s have full complete basements. Definitely not as common as the northeast. But florida does have basements in the Central and Northern regions

This lift was installed in either late 2015 or early 2016 and is incredibly worn out, but at least it's in better shape than the Thyssenkrupp EnduraMRL elevator installed around the same time at the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's

Hello! This was on the 3 night seacation sailing as our cruise got shortened by Hurricane Idalia. Originally supposed to be a 4 night to Cozumel Mexico. I planning on going back on this ship in January so I’ll have a better recording of these in my current filming style

This used to be a Dover, then modded in the 90's by general. Modded again by otis in 2011. Then it was pointlessly modded yet again by otis in 2017.
What Disney did to that pavilion is absolutely tragic.
