Using a 896 core system to play minecraft inside windows task manager. This one was quite a bit harder to get working than Doom (th-cam.com/video/hSoCmAoIMOU/w-d-xo.html). I ended up rendering the game as normal, then basically screen sharing and then processing the stream in real time to get the original pixel data, then parsing to black and white and scaling down to 56x32 pixels. Playing Doom in Windows task manager. Finally got it working and looking decent! But can it run Crysis?... ctrl alt doom Done by taking the original pixels, then parsing to black and white and scaling down to 56x32 pixels. I spent quite a lot of time finding a good function to scale the brightness to try to make the contrast good. themaxholt [at] [google's email service]

Doom is running!, but it doesn't look great as everything is quite dark. I'm going to try and tweak the contrast and edges contouring so you can see more then probably post a video tomorrow. Hakuna Matata video in task manager.

Doom will hopefully be done soon! if you want to see it subscribing here is probably the easiest way. Remade with enough cores to actually tell what it is! You guys seemed to like the pokemon one!, so I remade the original bad apple one. Still trying to get Doom to work, but it's proving harder than I thought it would be. Maybe I'll try pong or something first instead.

Wow! This person must have had access to an entire server. Just one of those CPUs has 28 cores (56 threads), so he would need 32 of these CPUs. Edit: I noticed the core/thread at the bottom-right and was amazed at the compute power required for this.
If possible do it in 4k, just use 8x more cores.
