Too Close For Comfort(1)

It was on the ground when I got to the 1st exit in tipp. When I got to the 2nd exit I did not know where to go. I stopped on side of highway and noticed it had broken up then I got off the exit but it started back up at the Meijer distribution center that got flattened. I pulled off of Kessler cowlesville because of all of the debris in the air. By the grace of God no one got injured or killed.

Spent the day with the kids enjoying Monter Truckz @ the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Event weather was hot but the performance was even hotter.

A Day In The Life Of A Target Employee
มุมมอง 25K15 ปีที่แล้ว
The employee steps on the hydraulic lift to attempt to add more carts and then shut the doors when the lift lowers and the driver thinks the load is ready to go and the doors are shut but to his disarray the doors were never shut. Classic!!
As far as FLOW team goes, I used to work at Target, and yes it's true. Most of them are just lazy and don't give a shit. They leave their trash all over the break room after their lunch, (if free food is being offered in the break room, they will take way too much, and make a mess of things), many times they will stock items in the wrong spot just so they won't have to back stock them, they will just put items on peg hooks or shelves just because it was an empty space, without even checking if it was the right item, that goes there, will overstock an item, again so they don't have to back stock it. I once went in early to set up the new releases in the entertainment section, and had to ask 4 times over the walkie for the FLOW TL to unlock the electronics lock up. She was on a walkie, and was standing about 20 feet away, and could clearly see me waiting and asking, but wouldn't bother to unlock it for me until I had to basically scream out in the backroom "WILL SOMEONE OPEN THE ELECTRONICS LOCK UP FOR ME?!?!?" and then she had the nerve to tell me "You don't have to yell!" at which point I responded "I've been calling 4 times and no one has come over." What really gets me is that since they are the ones who stock everything, they pretty much know where EVERYTHING is in the store. Yet in the morning when they are finishing up unloading the truck, and a shopper comes up to them to ask where something is, rather than just quickly point them in the right direction, they will actually take a longer time to find a sales floor associate to tell the shopper where it's at.
This is target 1091 in the Cincinnati/Loveland area. The LOD on the left, and the remodel supervisor on the right sent me home before I finished loading the truck because I came in 30 minutes early the night before and we weren't allowed to have O.T. (Its funny because right before I left, I was told that anyone could handle putting carts on a truck).
I work in PFresh, I work hardlines and electronics sometimes. I have also been called in to work for the flow team. The flow team does a whole lot of work, but they do not give a shit about anyone else which is annoying. The hardlines team does do a lot of work but not as much. and do not even get me started on electronics -__-
The one with the pda is most def a receiver! Just as useful as am lod at my store
YES! word for word lmao
Im a new Target employee working softlines. Will someone please explain to me why everytime i turn around I'm being asked to do something meanwhile other softline team members are standing around talking to eachother? then at the end of the night they sit around and wonder why we have so much reshop BECAUSE YOU DONT WORK! today i accomplished multiple baskets of reshop that i wasnt even zoned to PLUS kept my zone looking tight. Everyone else: stand around looking where to place an item for 1hr
Haha, "flowtards". We can't all be cashiers, sales floor or Plan-o. Some of use actually have to WORK when we're on the clock. KyleClyne probably works in Target Cafe. Go make me a pizza.
good thing POG still gets paid 1$ extra, cuz we come in at 4 just to set the dam fixtures up, and new presentation.
Holy shit, seriously laughing my ass off over this right now!
ahem.. TEAM MEMBER*
LOD's don't really do shit. They just give it to the TL's and the TL's push it on the team members. I should know. I have to pick my GSTL's slack.
