I made a beautiful cowl with this exact yarn a few years ago! I used a lime green type of color. It was so wonderful to work with and the cowl is so beautiful and cozy. Good choice buying it!

I went to Hobby Lobby the other week and was very disappointed indoor yarn section they had shrunk it down to nothing done away with a lot of beautiful yarn went to Michaels and it was the same thing they had struck down on their yarn to like two rows very disappointed

I'm glad I've taught myself not to impulse buy yarn so much, working on a few more skeins and then I'll but only the yarn I need for projects I'll commit to! Every now and then I let my wants win when it comes it yarn.. 😂

I can remember when Walmart had the best yarn selection around, even better than the craft stores. However, that was before the Walmart became such big stores. They also had some ofxthe BEST jams, jellies, coffees and salsas around. AHH, those were the good old days. I remember going to Walmart with my kids when they were small and them taking their hamsters along for hamster races. My daughter's won 1st and my son's won 2nd one time. They were so excited. And i am dating all this by saying i am 74 and a great-grandma now😂. Now every Walmart I go to has a pathetic yarn selection 😢.

The Facets yarn is a roving style, I believe. Thats why they classify it as a 4 wght. Parts of it are and other parts are very thin. I didnt care for it, but I am not a huge fan of roving yarns to begin with.

I was thinking it’s very poorly stocked and looks like it hasn’t been faced in at least a week. I have 30 yrs in retail, in large stores and this is way below my standards.

Unfortunately Walmart doesn’t have yarn for blouses nor baby clothes, all yarn is only for 4 and 6 mm crochet..even then Walmart doesn’t have a great selection, it is disappointing and it is a shame. I’ve been in Joann Fabrics and Michael’s where you can a little better selection, still the US does NOT have a great selection of yarns. I’ve tried buying yarn in NY, NJ, GA, SC, NC, GA, FL and none, believe me NONE of these states have beautiful yarn as the ones found in México, Spain and even in a small country such as Ecuador, yarn is beautiful with different kinds of textures and materials, sizes colors, to knit beautiful elegant blouses dresses baby clothes.. it’s really a shame.

The Hammond Indiana Walmart yarn is terrible

I was just in a Michaels, Hobby Libby and Joann’s a couple of days ago but didn’t find nearly as much as you. I was disappointed in the stock. When I would find one I wanted for the specific patterns I had picked out they wouldn’t have enough balls or skeins to match.

Your yarn is so cheap. We're getting more American branded yarns now.

WOW! Where are you located? I’m lucky if our Walmarts have two brands and only a few colors. The shelves are sparse and maybe 1/2 an aisle.

This is my favorite go to yarn for my charity projects, baby and children gifts; the colors are pretty🧶

Our Walmart usually looks like the haven’t straightened the yarns in a month or so. They do carry a few cotton cone yarns at a very good price.

Our local Walmart has about the same but no selection. We went out of town to Walmart and it was pitiful. There was one skien of red Mainstays yarn. The yarn section was about 6 feet wide. Horrible !!! We were on a hunt to find Mainstays yarn. I can't find purple to complete a current project. It's not online either. Anyways, your Walmart is bountiful considering stores near me.😢

Where I live I think that it's whose in charge of a department that determines what you might find. The Walmart closest to me has a small selection of any yarn and you have to get the dust off the skeins. Dare I say that's Bloomington, MN. They also carry no fabric whereas if I go to two other ones I find more yarn and fabric. The WalMart that really had the most has closed. So frustrating.

Walmart please do better with yarn in Atlanta,Georgia and crochet tool, accessories. Thank you Sales Mgr arrange your shelves and organize them to the front before you come on air next time.
