Great conversation with Randy & Jim. Thank you very much! I just watched the documentary and really loved it. I have loved the Carpenters since they started and Karen’s gorgeous voice and sweet personality. Truly miss her. KC’s voice and Richard’s harmony are like going to heaven…definitely lowers your blood pressure! KD Lang described their voices as air and a choir. I was at work in NYC that day. Just saddened and shocked. My Friends Mom struggled and died from Anorexia. ❤

She is portrayed as a horrible person, even had theme music. But it was never her. I'm certain she was hated over this and people certainly don't let go of what they perceive of her from watching her come to life as a little Karen . Bravo 👏 ❤❤what an extraordinary woman and beautiful mom.

We probably don't know this, but Wink Martindale preceded Bob for a little while in the summer of 1978 when he did the short-lived New Tic Tac Dough on CBS (Jay Stewart even said at the bottom, "Stay tuned for The Price Is Right, next over most of these CBS stations").

Hi Neil. Sorry to say I missed your event here in Medford, Oregon USA last month. I had waited for Celtic Thunder to finally get to this small town and then health kept me away. I love the new songs that have come out and especially your eyes that sparkle and let everyone know just how much you are enjoying what you're doing. I hope Ryan is finally well, missed him while he was gone. I also miss Paul... his style was so different but within the group he left his mark and fit right in. Keith has been gone for quite a while now and I hope is doing well. They there's George. He will always be missed and in the memories of his part within the group. It's amazing just how many musical instruments all of you can play... and I especially love the duet you and Keith played with your electric guitars. I was able to watch Damian grow up and the voice changes. There was another young man who did some songs with Keith - Be your Friend was hysterical. I'll close for now and wish you continued success in all you do. Love to you and your family, while I continue to listen to Celtic Thunder and enjoy the fabulous music you produce.

I thought this interview with Lawrence Schulman was going to be different and focus on her career and voice, and her talent. It started out that way and then he started to talk about her addition and her other problems. We all know that, I've read 6 Biography's, and other stuff. His seems to admire her 3rd husband and manager Sid Luft. Yes, he was able to get her concert career started in Europe and then the USA. going after her film career ended at MGM studios. Then he and Judy helped make A Star is Born at Warner Brother's studio. After that didn't do well, for many reasons, and they lost the money they invested. Sid Luft her wonderful manage mismanaged their money, didn't pay taxes, and gambled a lot of it away. They also had marital problems due to both. of them. There was a lot more drinking and Judy was hospitalized with Hepatitis. When they divorced there no money. I think he was a better husband and father, than a manager. The author I never heard of and he sounds very negative about her personal life. He also does doesn't seem to appreciate Judy's daughter Liza Minnelli's talent. He doesn't mention her other daughter Lorna Luft, who is not that well-known and or famous as her mother and sister. I will not be reading his book, and this was disappointing on so many levels.

Thanks for this, I can't wait to read the book.

When we have very little appreciation for each other, do not love our selfs, can do not love each other. LOVE respect gratitude for each other go hand by hand! so we us can not extend to our children what we don’t have, what we don’t feel. US PARENT AND GR. PARENT IS NEED TO LEARN HOW TO LOVE, SHOW GRATITUDE AND NEVER HAVE UNHAPPY DAY so can feel in our 🫀🔥of never ending🌠🌌

OK I just have to say I was freaked out during this conversation but in such a GOOD way. What fascinating stories! The adventures Jason has had are absolutely incredible! The photos, the videos and the recording he shared were so amazing!
