Daytona Tamworth April 2024 Endurance- Practice & Quali
Onboard footage from Daytona Tamworth 3 hour Endurance in April 2024
Practice and Qualifying shown, I did about 10 minutes in practice before one shot quali (I change gloves for quali).
My first time driving the DMAX-GT karts, they were good fun to drive at this track despite the heavier Sodi Chassis compared to the regular DMAX. The red suit ahead in practice was on the winning team so I got up to speed pretty quickly.
Qualified 5th although I messed up heating up the tyres so should have been higher.

A wet Buckmore Park for Round 3 of the 2024 BUKC season Started 14th finished 7th for Coventry B Unfortunately I lost the footage for the first part of the race where most of the overtakes were made. End of the race I was lapping at the pace of the front runners.

Round 1 of Coventry University Karting Club Championship at Sutton Circuit Started with quali with pole in my group, then won the heat. This put me 2nd in the A final but ended up 3rd at the finish.
Coventry Freshers Event 2023 A final

At Sutton Circuit this was the CUKC Freshers Event. The final was reverse grid, and being part of the clubs committee, myself and Pozo (In the orange) had the advantage of track knowledge. Once we got to the front we were consistent 39s and I did the fastest lap on the penultimate lap with a 39.3
Daytona Sandown Park DMAX sprint race

DMAX sprint race at Daytona Sandown Park on 28th August 2023 Was a competitive grid with several experienced racers, also a lot of traffic. Was a good pace getting low 47s consistently (where the pace of the karts are) although definitely more time found without traffic and battling.

Time of 42.032 from my first time at the track. Lots of time to improve. Lost a bit of time avoiding traffic at the end. Spinning is a cool way to end the lap.

BUKC 2023 Drivers Champs LW Heat 4

From BUKC driver champs at Clay After finishing 7th in my first heat I needed a decent result to make the A final. I started 23rd and had a good first lap. However, I dropped back a bit afterwards due to not adapting to where the grip was.

From BUKC driver champs at Clay I started 21st in the A final I struggled with kart issues in the race and lost out massively from the restart. I should have swapped kart in practice due to lacking straight line speed which is a lot at this track but to make matters worse the start collisions caused the handling to be affected meaning I had lots of understeer, but this stuff happens.

The final round of the 2023 BUKC season ending with an endurance race. I was partnered with Alasdair Gregg for this one and he took the start. Unfortunately the race was stopped due to poor driving standards before we made our driver change so all the driving is Alasdair. BUKC 2023 Inters, Clay Pigeon Qualifying 1

Onboard footage of BUKC 2023 Inters championship Round 4 at Clay Pigeon. This is Qualifying/ Practice 1, running as ineligible for Nottingham C (85) Grip started off low and built up in the session but always seemed to be lacking some. Managed a best lap of a 45.542 to be 7th on the grid. Although I didn't compete in the race.

My first time at Clay Racing for Coventry B, starting 32nd, finished 16th Managed a best lap of a 41.593 This result helped secure 3rd in clubman and 15th overall in the round.

you did well lad, was the guy in the liverpool suit in front of you for a while - there were some dirty guys in that race so glad to have a good exchange with you towards the end
