Brentwood, missouri had one at the city hall. Presumably installed in 2000 or 2001. It ran on a siratone coded to sound like a thunderbolt 1000T on chopper level 6. It was installed around the 2000s or 90s to replace a thunderbolt 1000 or 1000t that sat on top of the city hall. The EOWS-612 sat there until 07, during a storm lightning struck the siren which fried the siratone. Then a 2908 was installed to replace it. There was 3 other Eows-612s in Florissant,Creve coeur and ballwin. The ones in Florissant and creve coeur were replaced around 2004/2003 with Whelen WPS-4003s/4s. The one in ballwin was the last of it's kind until about 2012, when St louis county started putting Whelen WPS-2906s-2910s to replace the older sirens. The only difference from the stl county Eows-612s is that one is grey while the ones in Stl county were yellow(Yes civil defense style) which was cool. Barrington is holding onto a dying rare electronic siren series siren and do a good job maintaining it. I see in this Eows-612s what I see in other Eows-612s(rarity, epicness).
