This is Squad 44 gameplay from map of Driel. Played as defender with British team in sniper role. Game mode in this match on Driel map was Frontline while I was covering the pontoon bridge most of the time.

The bit at 1 minute is pure "PC tactical game" gameplay : You're hiding in a bush perfectly well, and the instant you open fire you get incoming rounds!

I wish we'd seen this rifle more regularly (without the scope). Like having a chapter on Guadalcanal or at the fall of the Phillipines. Or beeing more present with Free France instead of the Garand

Machine gunners like that frustrate the hell out of me. Trying to cqb, push and make kills instead of actually using a machine gun to suppress. My squadmate machine gun just takes a look at where enemies "might be" and magdumps all the windows, doors etc, reload and repeat until the friendlies get close. Its called a machine gun for a purpose.

for real... On top of that, not sure about ww2 bazookas, but modern anti-armor weaponry has a minimum arming distance (aka you have to be a certain distance of the target for the projectile to actually explode or it'll just impact and be a dud.
PRO TIP: Pick your targets from right to left! Not as I did at 2:43 😂
