Dragon's dogma customization should have a special mention too lol
Worst list trash ranking Rdr2 is anyday #1 And benchmark for open worlds
Rdr2 and gta are peak of open world games
This Character looks like Jack The Ripper...
Good Video ❤❤
All 3 mafia games should be in one on this list same for my favourite assassin's creed odyssey
Nah.. Only mafia 2 can come in this list
Nah there all good thats your opinion good but but for me mafia 1 remastered or remake is my favourite of them so
Lol new world and fallout76 are part of the reason mmorpgs are dying, such bad games and then destiny 2 at the end.. i'm sry my dude but this game alone disqualifies just about everything, massive overprices, stealing paid conctent from gamer etc etc
How do you have only 200 subs? You deserve much more. Great videos man!
Ryse son of rome, beyond two souls, and quantum break were good ❤️
These AI channels suck
Yeah total trash 😂
Quantum Break is really good.
The older Saint's Row games, like 3 and 4, are excellent. However, the newest one could have been better. It was a buggy mess at launch. Volition fumbled hard. The studio was dissolved and integrated into the gearbox. Although, the amount of customizable options in Saint's Row 2022, are fantastic
😄👍
Hitman? I don't think you know what an open world game is....
What are some MMORPGS we missed?
Just wanna know can anyone tell me why is there no gta 5?
Remember me is worth a playthrough
Remember me is worth a playthrough
Mad Max is such an underrated game. It’s a hidden gem that flew under a lot of people’s radar in 2015 for a couple of reasons, one being that a lot of people mistakenly assumed that it was going to be another bad movie tie in game. Another reason being that 2015 was a really solid year for gaming with a lot of big releases overshadowing Mad Max’s release like Metal Gear Solid V, The Witcher 3, Batman Arkham Knight, Fallout 4, Bloodborne, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, Halo 5, Black Ops 3, Dying Light, etc. Needless to say that was a year of big releases in the gaming industry. But regardless, Mad Max is an extremely solid open world game with satisfying combat, extensive customization, and plenty of things to do. I can’t recommend it enough to people who are fans of the Mad Max films or post apocalyptic genre.
Have you checked out Homefront: The Revolution? It is not one large map. It has several smaller maps. But feels lived in and has hidden small bases and abandoned apartments.
"Hunt: Shadow" whats that? "Hunt: SHOWDOWN"
Im sorry, New World is undestandable, but still bad, but Fallout 76? is this some kind of joke? this whole thing just lost all credibility just for that
Why u ain’t pick mafia 1 definitive instead, I really feel the 1920s vibe while playing that game. Mafia 2 was less feel-able for me..
Marvel Avengers could have been so great. I got the plat and it was a slog. They came out w the Black Panther dlc which was awesome but short lived. The players wanted more content
And Cyberpunk 2077 ??
How could you miss ESO numbnuts??
need to learn creating content like you. Amazing work and subscribed <3
Must play, start off with 2 dead games....
I know, what a joke. lol
New World was just released on consoles back in October. It's pretty damned active again.
@@TheAtmaNex new world is understandable, but still not a "must play" mmo. but Fallout 76? that is some out of season april fool joke right there
@LostWallet I've come back and played FO76 within the last couple of months, since its launch. It's pretty good. At least a big upgrade from launch. A must play though? Only if you're a massive FO fan.
These companies are purposely trying and succeeding in most places but it's backfiring now but all in all to create technology addiction all for the basis to money cipher from as many of us as possible it's not hard to spot the accumulation of that evidence 🧾 , but it's backfiring big time
For the time it was released, Saint's Row 2 felt VERY lived in. There was alaways something going on. There was always an NP. doing something that made it feel.realistic.
Mad Max’s world is anything but lived in.
I mean it’s a barren wasteland just like the movies, so that’s kind of the point. But the friendly strongholds feel very cozy and the enemy camps have a really “lived in” feel to them.
Every single Assassin's Creed game offers the most rich and lived-in open world. Or at least since 3.
To think what it would be without those washed up corny Disney dialogue writers lol
I absolutely loved Mafia3 Had some short comings But it was my favorite out of the 3 Also might be the first person I say order 1886 sucked Everyone I see says it is amazing game but short 🤷🏻♂️
I have played several of these. It’s a great genre. I especially like hardcore survival games, so of the ones I’ve played here, Fallout 4 is my favorite. Particularly so, because it features console mod support, which lets me tweak, or overhaul it, to my heart’s desire. If I could include a game on this list, definitely going with Cyberpunk 2077. It has a great layout, that makes sense. There’s industrial zones, residential, downtown, energy sector, etc, all the kinds of zones a functioning city needs.
Try to take a look at your script and stop saying the same for every game. The games are repetitive, and so are your descriptions of every game.
Talks ankor how alive these game worlds are, shows of clip after clip with completely empty or near empty worlds. 😂 That said, nothing wrong with the selection of games, just very weird. And some vids are so blurry (Spider-man). It's just weird.
Hitman is just NOT an open-world game.
Hmm what about Yakuza franchise and cyberpunk 2077?
skyrim + Red Dead Redemption 2
I would not include Elden Ring here, it felt really empty to me, with a lot of copy/paste areas and enemies, etc. - Yakuza 0 or Judgment, though, would absolutely deserve to be high in this list.
Yeah, my thoughts exactly on Elden ring. ER and BOTW have largely empty worlds.
Yakuza game was so spot on
I will never forget the first time when i stepped into Tossaint in Witcher 3. It is a totally different vibe from the other areas, tho they are good in their own way as well.
^^ that, and also first time I stepped into Shivering Isles in TES Oblivion :))
13, missing Outlaws here.
It‘s interesting to hear that, in Mad Max, “every location feels purposely designed”. I’m getting tired of games which were designed purely by accident.
Rdr2 is my favorite
The best thing about ff14 is that I don't need to make a new character to play different classes. Your single character can basically be everything. The game can sometimes feel like a cozy farming sim game with the gathering classes. Great suggestions! Can't wait for the next video!
For sure thanks a lot! New video coming very soon ;)
Damn, to be able to fly around in Microsoft flight simulator, and make it to my area.. to my neck of the woods, just to see the shitty trailer I live in would be awesome!!
I would've added Ghostwire Tokyo and the Metro series
Metro has never felt open world.. It feels like a game that has open sections and you can see a good way ways away, but you can't explore everything in that game... at least in this case Metro three or whatever it was called Exodus?? I have all three of them and I'm working on the first two but I've not played them in a while because I fell off.. they do feel alive. I will say that I just don't feel like they are open world games... I guess to be technical, you could probably say this about a bunch of games.. all of them are going to have boundaries at some point, but I do feel like the metro series is a "lived in "feeling world, and the tone in some of those games is unmatched!
Any games we missed?
Assassins creed Unity
not the game but the version? yes. hogwarts legacy is also on switch
cyberpunk where?
maybe, to the makers of this video, that game feels like a GTA game, just dressed differently. I mean, many saw it that way.
It sucks.. Apart from good lighting npc's look like robots
Bro.. Come on.. COME ON. Chatgpt script for fuck's sake. Skil-leg? Jeralt? Wtf
Kcd Is such a great game, congrats to warhorse for understanding what makes an open world great, quality over quantity.
