Thank you for the tutorial! I have a quick question. Regarding the single animal version, is there a way within deeplabcut to create a bounding box around the animal without cropping? Something like a rectangle that encompasses the animal in question throughout the video.

@deeplabcut7702, At time 6:26, you encountered an error and then, without any explanation, jumped to the-issue-is-solved part by going to the new folder called 'demo (copy)'. It would be greatly appreciated if you could explain why you did this. Did you do everything from scratch (labeling and refining) or remove the demo-labeled folder or anything else? I encountered the same error and am unsure where I made a mistake.

Thanks for the work. I have a question (rather I need help). When I try to train the network, deeplabcut stops (the prompt says "UNKNOWN ERROR (303)" and then the or_imp.cc:82] shows "Allocation of 121264128 exceeds 10% of free system"). I try to set iterations to 1000 and saved iterations to 100 and I still get that error. Is it a problem with my computer characteristics? How can I fix it? By modifying some other parameter? Thank you.

When I select the skeleton and press 'insert,' it doesn't look like the screen at 1:35 seconds.

DeepLabCut only provides RMSE values for reference. I would like to know if there are other methods to obtain additional accuracy metrics, such as mAP and OKS values. How can I do?

This may be a very simple error, but I am very new to coding. I believe I have successfully downloaded deeplabcut on my Mac but when I try to open the GUI I get an error that "pythonw" does not exist. If I try simply executing with python -m deeplabcut I get: "Plugin uses incompatible Qt library (5.15.0) [release] qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "cocoa" in "" This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." Any suggestions?

hello there，I am a newer with DLC，actually I was quite confusing about the step to create a skeleton in that config file（in pycharm）,editing the skeleton connection point first or connect the bodypart in the GUI then form a skeleton connection point automatically in the config file？

I am trying to install DeepLabCut on my MacBook Air but keep running into an error when trying to create the environment. I am running this through Anaconda using Python (3.9) like it was recommended. The error message says: [Could not build wheels for opencv-python, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects]. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Things are going to break, please only change locale by creating wxLocale objects to avoid this!

hello, I have this ERROR: DLC loaded in light mode, you cannot use any GUI (labeling, relabeling and standalone GUI) ??? some one can help me!

Apologies if this sounds dumb, but when I load up the GUI and create a new project I do not see a Edit Config button (nor a Help or Reset button for that matter). I wasn't sure how to proceed with the rest of the tutorial. My DLC version is also updated to the latest version.

Just out of curiosity, how long does it take to train the network demonstrated here? My computer is taking a long time (showing iteration 5000 after about 2.5 h).
