    I loved this! I have had the pleasure of working in Melissa's HR team and I can say with 100% certainty that she practices what she preaches. A highlight for me was the reiteration of fairness and the importance of trusting leaders. Performance management truly is VERY important, and so many great points discussed in this video👏

    Lol, insurance isnt the Issue, the guys who insure pharmaceuticals will do it gladly. The hard part is controlling the future. What business is going to eant to depend on a lying bs machine, yet its is amazing at the same time, its too good not to use but to unreliable to depend on.
