I found your video on scrolling, any way Ma'am I have 2 questions 1Q .in your example of bank in america they need an project , when they have there own team why should they pitch there project with us . I hope so. It is because of infrastructure,high labour cost , 2Q . As a BA In requirement gathering interview first I need talk with there stakeholders then with my stakeholders and bridges them both ? ???

Hi Pradeepa, I am currently working in a non tech role with 6 years of experience. I would like to switch to business analyst role. Can you provide a roadmap for this? It will be helpful for me. For business analyst role employers are expecting minimum 2 to 3 years of experience so even if I apply they are not shortlisting my profile as I don't have relevant experience.

Hi pradeepa actually i have 3.5 years of experience in non it facebook content review. I promited as SME and on papers i have SME POSITION WITH 2.2 PACKAGE. Can i tell them that i have worked as BA instead of facebook ???? and apply for mid level BA role how much pay I may get ??
