The house is awfully close to the water. There are signs the retaining wall was recently repaired, indicating damage due to erosion. Those rocks blocking the water flow were put there illegally, and ended up destroying the beach. Very risky to invest 300k in a property that will collapse into the water in the next hurricane. In case the house gets destroyed, the owner won't be able to rebuild because the lot is clearly in an zone known by law as terrestrial maritime and public domain.
