Back On the Grind!
Back on the Grind
In today’s vlog, I’m sharing what happened on my last day at my 9-5 job that led me to start driving for DoorDash again. It’s been a wild ride, and now I’m back on the grind, making deliveries and hustling to keep things moving forward. Losing my job wasn’t easy, but I’m doing what I have to do, and I’m taking you along for the journey.
It’s not the first time I’ve had to pick myself up and get back on the grind, and it probably won’t be the last. But this is where I’m at, and if you’ve ever been in a spot where life throws you a curveball, you’ll relate to this one. Watch as I navigate my day, from picking up medication to hitting the road for deliveries. Back on the grind, but always moving forward.

From Doubts to Dreams: My Journey to Becoming My Own Boss In this video, I’m sharing my story of how I went from doubts to dreams and finally made the decision to become my own boss. For years, I struggled with imposter syndrome and questioned whether I could actually make it as an entrepreneur. I even started a business once, but I wasn’t fully confident, and it held me back. Now, I’m stepping...

I try to tell my girl this. She asks me how do I get through this and that and it's like i just move past it. Act don't think. Think about the solution not the problem
I do and feel the same.
they also will get paranoid and be more vicious and get worse and worse “after You Make it To Shore”. then offer to get “some ‘help’ for you if you survive their melee”. wondering how You Made It. “None of their D🗯️❤️🔥#3d business!!!”💯%
That’s valid 👌🏾
Thanks
Geezus sounds like everything is just going to 💩!
Got let go cause of what you saw
I would say when I was at a point where I felt like my life was no longer mine. Like I didn’t have control in a bad way
I understand that.
I love god 🙏
Me too
Thanks for letting us know Carlos Arnez Jr. Hopefully this information can come in useful.
Everyone has limits guy. Including me. Thanks
Just have the conversation with her. Tell her how you’re feeling and that you don’t want her position.
I did today. Thank You
Fuck ya i had that happen. Working at Arby's i became a shift manager and the GM was on maternity leave and i trained by the Asst Manger, who hated me because we got intimate once outside of work and i told her I wasn't looking for anything more than that and i thought whatever, just ignore her dislike, then when training I noticed a bunch of bull shit they was doing with numbers and i questioned it and I also was very good with the customers and she wasnt so much. I started getting written up by her for NOT showing up 15 minutes before my shift (i was 5 minutes early) granted a week prior I had to call her cause she overslept and was 10 minutes late for her shift. Then i finally quit cause she wrote me up for wearing a sweater while i made my own sandwich after i was off shift already. Something she does! Fuck that bitch. Then when the GM came back who was my friend she told me that the assistant was acting like she was in charge and trying to get her fired. She made it so uncomfortable for her that the assistant finally quit. Fuck her
I don’t know what you got going on on your chin there, pal, but it’s pretty damn funny! You remind me of Wong foo!
Thanks

Ur teaching is the same as a self taught plumber but wen you go to a big company ur nothing because you don’t have the paperwork behind ur name even tho ur a better plumber than everyone at the company same with ur 20 year of coaching
NO ONE! Cares. #shorts
I’m currently dealing with this in my professional life as well. I was a District Manager at my last job for 15 years, but the company sold out. Now, trying to get where I left off, everyone wants a four-year degree I don’t have. So, I was forced to start over. People don’t value work unless it comes with some formality. What can a four-year degree do that I can’t after 15 years? BUT!! What are you going to do about it? Which is why I chose to do it on TH-cam. Thanks for watching and commenting, pimp. Have a good one.
@@CarlosArnezJr every thing is paperwork or internet…. No more hand shake men that will hire you and let you show them ur worth especially in ur field at least construction I can work hard and prove myself ezeyr than you can .,. The internet destroyed the world I believe
@@humanOilslick I respect that.

From Florida.. Ran away from every hurricane. Thirty years ago I ran. Never went back 😢
