Hay there guys I'm back..... So I decided to start doing my blogs again. In the past the support has been totally amazing and I'm currently feeling focused and committed so here to a great month.

This week is proving to be a real struggle..... just can't seem to get focused. Although I lost 1.5lb in last weigh in however a total loss of 11.5lb in 3 weeks 👌

    Stick with it. Go back to week one, think of the reason you walked through the door and started your weight loss journey x And keep writing it all down. I hit 5st loss two months ago and since them have struggled and gain 5lbs. But I'm going to beat this and reach my goal as you will. Keep going You will get there xx

    No it's not coming across as boring, it's your journey we are following and the ups and downs of it. Keep focused and yes write it down( you have the 12 week Journal yes?) if not get another one and keep it with you all the time. Your doing great 👍

    You sound like me, do you measure yourself? When I feel that way I look at the inches I have lost and that gives me the kick I need. The weight loss will start to slow down as your body gets used to the way you eat, so look at changing or adding things to the day like more walking, or bike riding. Have different cereals for breakfast. Little changes make big differences. Well done so far on your journey. 😀😀

    uneventful days are good sometimes :) bulk cooking makes the week go by sooo much easier! being able to grab something from the freezer makes the world of difference when you just cant be assed to cook lol
