Can we verify the power supply works as intended before removing the old anode rode and install the corro-protec.

The stuff in your water is still in it. The rod just eliminates the smell !

Switch the magnesium to ALUMINUM anode and the smell will disappear. This product is questionable science at best.

@@thedavesofourlives1 I can tell you we have one of these and the smell went away! We bleached the well and even after a few weeks it still had the sulfur smell and THIS power anode was the only thing I installed afterwards and the smell went away…. So I don’t know if it works for everyone but I can attest it worked for me.
