See the Property Website! vpimaging.hd.pics/1063-Wellington-Crescent/idx :: One of the most impressive estates in Canada & certainly there s nothing that can compare in Winnipeg. This art deco style home is located on 1.7 acres of a parklike riverfront lot and offers maximum privacy. Custom built in 2006, every inch, every feature, every material was meticulously and carefully chosen for its ae...
Well, if I ever won the Lotto Max(which is not very likely in my lifetime), I would probably offer $6.5 million for it, just to take it off their hands! The city property taxes(you'd sure be good friends with the city, that's for sure), insurance, utilities, maintenance and the many other things required to be able to continue living in a place like this one, must be super high for the people who are presently trying to sell it! Oh, by the way, I calculate that someone would have to win a Lotto Max jackpot of at the very least, $40,000,000 to be able to afford all of the above ongoing costs over a long period of time for a place like this one! Hahahaha!
Ya but it's in Shitterpeg. NEVERT
don't let the door hit you
@@peezim As a second thought, I'd tell that guy to go ahead and let that (big) door hit him (hard)! Hahahaha!
It's a structure with huge rooms. Nothing homey about it.
OMG IT'S MY HOUSE I GOT DOXXEE
Who made this video? So choppy can’t even see anything it cuts to another scene so soon WTF
Looks like the kinda place Peter Nygaard would have his 'Eppstein Parties'
I’d buy the lots to the right and left, then I would build mega mansions to make that mansion look like a shack 😂
Well that was a disappointment.
It's a beautiful house, but it has too much going on in ways of materials used. It's like a mish mash of woods that don't really blend together, concrete and the home decor looks either cheap or outdated. The only space I liked was the marble entrance. I would not buy that house as on top of the purchase, the renovations would be astronomical.
I agree, it almost looks like an 80s office building . Brown and beige and no soul.
@@herecomesthesun66 Exactly my first impression. No soul. Ice cold. Like living at the Legislative building. Probably 'self decorated' (yuck) I like the front facade of the home, and the indoor pool is a nice touch, but.. no thanks.
@@ericolson7435 Well, maybe our Manitoba government could use it as a backup in case something really bad happens with the Legislative building! Hahahaha!
Wow Beautiful, always wondered what the housed looked like inside !!!!!!
What would it sell for?
$400 grand roughly
@@rondemery1624 this is 800k-1.2 million Canadian dollars
If I hadn’t spent all my money on alcohol, drugs and broads I would have bought this place and made it into a luxury spa. Good location.
No one told me the Clampetts moved to Winnipeg. I'll have to pop by for some vittles.
Gross. They tear down classic heritage homes to build these McMansions in this city. No class. Wellington Crescent is becoming a tacky display of wealth and ignorance.
Too modern 🫤 not much for comfortable welcoming character
The hose designed as top classic, but the furniture's are so modern.and that give some contrast with the Hose designed, but the selling add something good with furniture's that help to accepted it.,even I preferred to put classic furniture in side this mentioned house.if we egnors the kitchen from it.thanks.saad ahmad from winnipeg.
small hats
Look at me. LOOK AT ME PEONS!
price starts with a 7 if you want it gone
Is this home for available to rent
I walk by this place every time I go to Safeway...which is surely worth a mention.
HOly Molly that is a gorgeous place.
I don’t know what it is about this house that I find so odd. Something about the design. This strange mix of art deco and gothic and 1980s modern. Bizarre choices of materials too. Like pick a wood already! 😂 Some of the furniture looks like it’s from Walmart while some of it looks like it was custom made in Italy. It’s one of those houses that look like it was designed by a rich person trying to appear as if they have good taste so they just cover everything in marble. All that’s missing is a solid gold toilet. And that fountain in the front is way too small and it looks like it came from a garden supply store on the side of the highway. Are there garden gnomes too? Hopefully someone with deep pockets and a good design team can save it. It’s got good bones. Just needs someone with taste to fix it up.
Used to live here, pretty dope house other than the fact that EVERYTHING was creaky, like genuinely everything was creaky
phoning your friend: dude i just woke up and jumped iin my pool
id live there

Magkano to?
Who was the owner?
@Joe Vogue I don’t know who the owner is, I just produced the video for the realtor, who is Max Bachman @ Century 21 Bachman & Associates.
Israel Asper and David Asper inherited it.
@@sethseth9059the aspers owned the previous house on this lot, it was torn down years ago and this one was built by new owners
Wolf = Red Knobs. Not black, not chrome...RED! Other than that, perfect kitchen. Could use a pizza oven though. Everyone loves pizza.
That’s not true on the red knobs dude… go check there website out. 🍕 ovens are awesome. Cheers.
@@vpimaging I know they have options but Wolf are known for the red knobs, any other colour it might as well be a Meile or Bosch. Anything other than red knobs on a Wolf range/oven/cooktop is blasphemous. It's like Alex Ovechkin hitting the ice with black skate laces when everyone knows he only wears yellow laces, it's bad luck to change the colours.
magnificent property
It is, even more impressive in person!!
ok, so what is it being offered at?
Hi, you would need to discuss with realtor - Max Bachman - however, $8mil +.
@@vpimaging Max Bachman, you know, I went to Garden City Collegiate in the late 60's and early 70's with Timmy and Robbie Bachman. They lived on Forest Park Drive. When we were in the 3rd grade we would do lunch at their home. Their mother would make us soup and sandwiches while the elder brother, Randy, would practice guitar in their living room. My, my, where did the time go? Fond memories of better daze!!!
It's been 4 sale for years. I've driven by it
@@dougking5703 with the Canadian dollar dropping faster than a lead balloon, plus the high inflation and coming bust, this property is destined for the back lot. These are crazy days we are living in, and just think, it only took 2 years to get here!!
Was $11 million, now only $8 million...
If I win a lottery 60 millions I will buy this
Beautiful house with an extravagant view
yo I used to neighbour that guy (giving my old street to strangers on the internet is not a good idea)
What are of the lake are these islands
Hi, this is actually on the Winnipeg River systems.
Where terrace or at least a very good size belcony. This is a very nice condo not a penthouse.
ecverything is spectacular
lOVE the window designs,
BEAUTIFUL,EXEPTIONAL

Straight out of Gotham City! Def. Can't be described as timeless decorating but those materials are beyond exceptional
