Most of the sessions are done with a live audience and they have textbook, they follow through with the textbook, its impossible to cut that part out.

Guys, going forward, pls avoid People who say it's written on the Text Book, while avoiding others to gain information, as NOT ALL OF THEM HAVE THOSE TEXT BOOK. WHY SOMEONE WITH A TEXTBOOK ASSOCIATE WITH THOSE WHO STILL SEEKING INFORMATION????🤔🤔🤔
Kindly note this session was conducted in a classroom set up where students are expected to have textbooks. So I’m not sure I understand where your claims are coming from if you were not part of that set up 🤷🏾♀️
What is the domicile of a child born of unmarried parents, where the parents reside in different areas as well as the child who spends time with them both.
If they are unmarried, The child uses the domicile of the mother. It is automatic.

Looking at the case of a couple who is divorcing but they're from 2 different countries, do we use the law of the place they are current domiciled?
It’s best that you give me the whole scenario so we don’t confuse the matrimonial property regime and domicile.
So basically everyone has to follow the laws of their domicile of origin? Irrespective of the place they are at the moment?

What if the wife or husband had a share in the property or business, then the court grant the presumption of death and dissolve marriage
Where there is a presumption of death, the marriage will be dissolved yes and thats not reversible , but the rules when it comes to the division of inheritence, is that the interested parties need to pay in a security depoist, called ( cautio de restituendo ) so that if the missing persons appears he / she can have his things back or the security thereof.....
In terms of the prisoner, how do we also prove lawful presence as that's the requirement for domicile of choice
I am not to sure i understand when you say how do we prove lawful presence. I think there is an assumption that the prisoner will be lawfully present in the country unless ofcoz the prisoner is an ilegal immigrant which in that case they will still be domiciled in their country of origin.
